SES AI Announces Inclusion in Russell 3000®Index

WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SES AI Corporation (“SES AI,” the “Company,” “we” or “us”) (NYSE: SES), a global leader in the development and manufacturing of AI-enhanced high-performance Li-Metal and Li-ion batteries, today announced that it has been added to the Russell 3000® Index. The newly reconstituted Russell 3000® Index will begin trading at the market open on Monday, June 29, 2026.

Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for active investment strategies. According to data as of the end of June 2025, about $12.2 trillion in assets are benchmarked against the Russell US indexes, which belong to FTSE Russell, the global index provider.
