IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY

24 June 2026

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs shareholders of a change to the registered office of the Company.

State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch, acting as Depositary, Administrative Agent, Paying Agent, Domiciliary Agent and Listing Agent, and Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, will change its registered office from 49, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to 17, Boulevard de Kockelscheuer, L-1821 Luxembourg with effect from 1 July 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

As a consequence of the above, the registered office of the Company will also be changed to 17, Boulevard de Kockelscheuer, L-1821 Luxembourg from the Effective Date. The details of the change are set out in the table below:

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”), unless the context otherwise requires.

This notice is for information purposes only. Shareholders are not required to take any action.

Copies of the revised Prospectus reflecting the change will be made available on the website of the Company (www.Xtrackers.com) at the next Prospectus update and no later than 31 December 2026, and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.
