She also held senior roles at Trinity Services Group and spent nearly a decade in consulting at Conway MacKenzie and Plante Moran, leading acquisition integrations, operational transformation, and profitability programs across multiple industries. Dowson holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of Nebraska.
