Susan Gradascevic joins as Director of Product Marketing and Karen Bater joins as Director of Advisory and Intermediary Relations

Mrs. Gradascevic and Ms. Bater each bring over two decades of experience in the investment management industry to Bridgeway. Their unique skillsets align with Bridgeway’s investment philosophy, grounded in academic theory and fundamental insights.

Mrs. Gradascevic will be responsible for product positioning, marketing strategy, and investment content across Bridgeway’s systematic equity and market neutral strategies. Mrs. Gradascevic previously held consulting roles for global asset and wealth managers, advising on growth strategy, operating models, and market expansion. Prior to consulting, she served as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of International Retail Marketing at Amundi Asset Management’s US subsidiaries.
Ms. Bater will operate at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and client service, responsible for growing relationships and supporting advisor education. Ms. Bater brings a robust background in portfolio management and has led investment teams across asset classes, developing long-term investment solutions and navigating complex market environments. Prior to Bridgeway, she was a Senior Client Portfolio Manager at Aberdeen, where she supported Emerging Market Debt strategies across North America.
