ProSight Financial Association Names Jen Guidi as Chief Executive Officer

Seasoned banking leader to guide organization’s next chapter of growth

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ProSight Financial Association announced the appointment of Jen Guidi as Chief Executive Officer and member of its Board of Directors, effective this week, succeeding Debbie Bianucci, who announced her retirement as President and CEO earlier this year.

Guidi brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to the role, most recently serving as Managing Director and Sector Head of the Diversified Industries Group East at BMO Financial Group. She has built deep expertise across Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management and understands the importance of financial services organizations driving sustainable growth with a strong foundation of risk, compliance, and fraud management.
