RLTYco Launches National Consulting Division to Scale Elite Brokerages

This national venture is headed by renowned growth strategist Danielle Garofalo, whose career has been defined by bridging the gap between traditional real estate sales and impactful digital marketing, and Scott Elwell, a leading real estate broker with Douglas Elliman based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Danielle’s niche is scaling lead generation and sales volume by examining real estate businesses holistically with no realm of the business model left unexplored while Scott brings robust experience as a regional manager and an expertise in marketing.

RLTYconsulting will be available at the brokerage level and for large real estate teams. Garofalo, who transitioned into real estate after high-level marketing tenures at Disney and IBM, brings a corporate level of strategic thinking to the new consulting division. Her team already provides in-house consulting for some of the most recognizable brands and figures in the business, including Compass, REMAX, Lennar, and Mauricio Umansky (The Agency).

The new service model offers a membership with RLTYco designed to reduce the friction of running a high-volume real estate business. RLTYco handles the heavy lifting of financial logistics—including tax planning and payroll—while Garofalo reimagines a roadmap for strategic brand expansion. Leveraging her experience as the former Chief Strategy Officer at Stribling & Associates and Chief Business Development Officer at CORE, Garofalo focuses on marrying marketing and messaging with sales to help brokerages perfect their sales funnels, gain market share, meet acquisition targets and build sustainable alliances in the industry. The team specializes in these areas, as well as acquisition due diligence, general management strategy, and operational efficiency planning.
