Riverview Landscapes Acquires Landscape, Inc., Expanding Presence in Albany Market

ALBANY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Riverview Landscapes (“Riverview”) has acquired Landscape, Inc., a commercial and residential landscaping and snow management provider headquartered in Albany, New York. The transaction further strengthens Riverview’s presence in the Capital Region and supports continued growth across its New York operations.

Founded in 1989 by Pete Rossi, Landscape, Inc. has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality landscaping and snow services to a predominantly commercial client base. The company’s service offering includes landscape maintenance, enhancements, installation, and snow management, with a significant portion of its revenue derived from recurring services.

The business will be combined with Riverview’s Albany branch, with its Latham, NY facility operating as an additional service location supporting operations in Corinth. This structure will allow for greater operational efficiency while maintaining localized service delivery for existing customers.

Pete Rossi will retire from the landscaping business. His son, Pete L. Rossi, who has served as Operations Manager, will remain with Riverview and continue supporting Landscape, Inc.’s customers as part of the Albany team.

In addition to its New York region, Riverview operates in Northern New Jersey, Southern New Jersey, and New England.
