Up Capital Management Appoints Nyle Bayer as CEO

ROSEVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Up Capital Management, an independent registered investment advisor managing more than $200 million in client assets, today announced the appointment of Nyle Bayer as Chief Executive Officer. The move marks a multigenerational succession at the firm, with founder Anton Bayer, CFP®, transitioning to Chairman and Chief Investment Officer.

Nyle Bayer steps in with two priorities. First, to expand the firm's service offerings from financial planning and investment management to a full suite of financial, behavioral, investment, estate, tax, and compensation planning services. The second is to build an organic growth engine that connects prospective clients with the right advisor relationship.

With more than a decade of senior leadership across wealth management, asset management, and wealthtech, Nyle Bayer brings a rare combination of strategic and operational experience to the role. He spent the last four years on the executive team at Future Proof, where he helped build the largest events company in wealth management, with deep working knowledge of the industry's full ecosystem. He began his career at Up Capital as an investment advisor and fiduciary before taking on broader executive roles across the wealth management space.
