OrgChart Names Keri Rich as Chief Product Officer

Keri will lead OrgChart’s product strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives to ensure OrgChart customers get the workforce visibility, insight, and planning solutions they need to drive organizational success.

Keri joins OrgChart as a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of software product leadership experience across the AI, search, media, e-commerce, and healthcare industries. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Product at Lucidworks, an AI-powered search and discovery solution, where she drove the launch of advanced AI Q&A agents to facilitate product understanding and was also named as a Women Impact Tech Honoree in 2025.
