SureWerx® Appoints Shawn Gregg as Chief Operating Officer

Experienced global operator to strengthen execution, scale brands, and accelerate performance across SureWerx platform

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SureWerx, a leading global manufacturer of personal protective equipment, safety products, tools and equipment solutions, today announced the appointment of Shawn Gregg as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective June 15, 2026. Gregg will report directly to CEO Scott Dowell and will lead commercial execution and brand performance across the company’s global portfolio.

Shawn joins SureWerx with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the industrial safety and healthcare sectors, with deep expertise in scaling complex organizations and driving consistent operational performance. Most recently, he served as Vice President & General Manager of Global Safety at Wesco International, where he led a large safety business spanning sales, marketing, category management, supply chain, and customer operations across North America.

Prior to Wesco, Gregg led a number of 3M businesses in a series of senior leadership roles. As Vice President of Safety & Fire Protection, he led a large-scale safety portfolio and played a key role in integrating major acquisitions and expanding the business across North America. He previously spent 5 years leading the 3M Industrial Supplies business for Asia / Pacific based out of Singapore. Across his career, Gregg has built a track record of improving execution, simplifying operations, and delivering durable growth across diverse markets and geographies.

Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Bemidji State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Industrial Supply Association (ISA) and Aatmunn Technologies.
