This marks the fourth consecutive year Thompson Thrift has received national Top Workplaces recognitions.

“At Thompson Thrift, we believe a strong culture is foundational to long-term success, and we’re honored to once again be recognized with both culture excellence and industry awards,” said Dan Sink, president and CFO of Thompson Thrift. “These awards reflect the trust our team members place in our leadership, the support they feel from one another and the values we work to uphold every day.”

The Top Workplaces program has a 19-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets. The awards are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through Energage’s confidential, research-backed employee engagement survey. The benchmark is informed by data collected from more than 23 million employee surveys across over 70,000 organizations, making it one of the most robust workplace culture datasets available.

Kristin Tolliver, senior vice president of human resources, added, “These recognitions are especially meaningful because they reflect the experiences and perspectives of our team members. We’ve been intentional about fostering an environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow professionally and personally. We’re grateful to our team for helping shape a culture that continues to stand out nationally.”

Thompson Thrift earned national recognition in the following 2026 Top Workplaces categories:

  • WORK-LIFE FLEXIBILITY honors employers that provide options to their employees in how and where they work, while fostering managers who care about employee concerns and well-being.
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS recognizes organizations that provide employees with not only competitive compensation and benefits, but also appreciation for their contributions.
  • LEADERSHIP celebrates companies whose leaders inspire confidence in employees and provide a clear vision for the future.
  • PURPOSE & VALUES acknowledges organizations that successfully embed their mission and values into their culture and daily operations.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT recognizes organizations that prioritize employee growth and development through meaningful opportunities to learn, advance and succeed.
  • EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION celebrates organizations that make employees feel valued and recognized for their contributions to the company’s success.
  • TOP WORKPLACES INDUSTRY – REAL ESTATE recognizes organizations that have built people-first workplace cultures within the real estate industry.

Earlier this year, Thompson Thrift also earned a 2026 Top Workplaces USA award.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Over the past 40 years, Thompson Thrift has invested more than $7.2 billion into local communities and has become known as a trusted partner engaged in all aspects of development, construction, leasing, and management of high-quality real estate projects across the country.
