Bluespring Wealth Launches Dedicated Compliance Capabilities with Bluespring RIA

New structure marks next phase of Bluespring’s growth platform

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bluespring Wealth (“Bluespring”), a leading acquirer of independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms, today announced a key milestone in the firm’s growth trajectory, the launch of Bluespring Wealth Management, LLC (“the Bluespring RIA”). This represents an expanded, dedicated suite of compliance capabilities adding to the legal, finance, and human resources infrastructure it has long provided to independent RIA partner firms.

The result is a more complete operational foundation, one that handles the full range of back-office demands so advisors can stay focused on clients and growth. The centralized model is designed to be supportive and flexible, helping firms operate with confidence without adding unnecessary oversight or complexity.

“Bluespring has always been built to support the entrepreneurial spirit of our stand-alone RIA partner firms and their advisors,” said Josh Bartholomew, Head of Business Development for Bluespring. “Over time, we have significantly expanded our investment in helping firms grow organically, and this is the next step. Compliance is one of the most significant capacity challenges for independent RIAs, and by building this function at scale, we’re removing a meaningful operational burden and allowing our firms to focus on their clients.”

The Bluespring RIA is intended to operate as a registered investment adviser entity under which select, formerly stand-alone RIA Bluespring Wealth partner firms will operate, with plans to expand the offering to additional firms throughout the course of 2026. The following Bluespring partner firms will be amongst the first to transition into the Bluespring RIA in 2026:

The launch comes as Bluespring accelerates its momentum, following a record year in 2025 with $6 billion in acquired assets across nine transactions. In 2026, the firm has already announced four acquisitions.

“Every advisor we talk to wants the same thing: to grow their business, to take care of their clients, and to build something that lasts,” said Pradeep Jayaraman, President of Bluespring. “The Bluespring RIA was built to support those exact goals. It gives our partner firms the operational foundation to focus on what matters most, knowing we’re invested in their long-term success every step of the way.”

The Bluespring RIA’s expanded compliance function is led by Rochelle Levy, the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, who brings deep regulatory expertise to the role.

“Our goal is to help advisors operate more efficiently and with confidence,” added Levy. “We’re excited to provide compliance services to our independent RIA partners at scale, supporting them through SEC examinations, developing practical compliance programs, and providing ongoing regulatory guidance.”

The firms listed above that are transitioning into the Bluespring RIA will retire their existing DBAs and “partner” co-branding, and will operate under the Bluespring RIA and be known as Bluespring Wealth.
