Link Logistics Launches Second Annual Small Business Challenge

Challenge open to select Link Logistics customers with a grand prize of $75,000

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, today announced the launch of its second annual Small Business Challenge (the “Challenge”), now open for applications. Building on last year’s inaugural program, the Link Logistics Small Business Challenge now includes both small-bay industrial and business park customers.

The grand prize winner of the Challenge will receive $75,000, with three runners-up each receiving $10,000. Last year’s Challenge drew nearly 150 applications from innovative small businesses across the U.S.

"Following the success of our inaugural Link Parks Small Business Challenge in 2025, we’re thrilled to expand this year’s program,” said Glenn E. Wylie, executive vice president, head of Asset Management, Link Logistics. “Small businesses are helping define the future of industrial real estate, and the Challenge is one more way we are backing their growth.”

"Our assets are home to some of the most innovative small businesses in the country, and this Challenge is designed to fuel their ambitions," said Joseph W. Finnigan, senior managing director, Link Parks. "We're proud to offer our customers a platform that puts real resources behind their potential."

Small Business Challenge Details

From June 3 to July 3, 2026, eligible Link Logistics customers occupying 30,000 square feet or less with at least one year remaining on their lease are invited to submit their applications (Terms and Conditions apply). Applicants will share their entrepreneurial stories, unique perspectives and a detailed plan for how they would invest $75,000 to benefit their small businesses.

From the pool of eligible applicants, Link Logistics will select ten semifinalists to submit brief video essays, from which four finalists will be chosen to pitch to a panel of executive judges at a live event in October. The grand prize winner and runners-up will be selected at the conclusion of the live event.

As part of the Challenge, Link Logistics will:

  • Conduct photo shoots at the finalists’ business locations and highlight them across the Link Logistics website and social media channels.
  • Feature the grand prize winner in a "Link Logistics Customer Spotlight” following the live event.
