CBTS Among Top U.S. Cisco Partners to Earn Preferred Status Across Five Portfolios

Achieving Cisco's highest performance tier in Cloud and AI Infrastructure, Collaboration, Networking, Security, and Services positions CBTS as one of the most broadly credentialed Cisco partners in the country

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CBTS, a leading North American technology services company, today announced it has attained Cisco Preferred Partner status across five portfolios within the Cisco 360 Partner Program, making it one of the top Cisco partners in the United States to hold the designation at that scale.

Technology decisions around AI, workforce modernization, and security no longer sit in separate lanes. Cisco launched the 360 Partner Program in January 2026 to formalize a single standard for partner performance to recognize leading companies that have the technical depth, delivery track record, and operational maturity to be trusted across the full technology lifecycle. Cisco Preferred status is the program's highest performance tier. CBTS now holds it in Cloud and AI Infrastructure, Collaboration, Networking, Security, and Services.

Built on real-world deployments

The newest CBTS designation, Collaboration, was earned in part through large-scale deployments for a major state government agency and a leading public research university, demonstrating the ability to design, deploy, and manage mission-critical communications infrastructure at significant scale.

For organizations running Cisco technology across multiple domains, the designation answers a direct question: Who can be trusted across all of it? CBTS delivers one accountable partner across networking, cloud, security, and collaboration with the depth to consolidate multiple Cisco investments under a single relationship. That includes full-lifecycle UCaaS management across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, 24x7 SOC monitoring, and access to Cisco Webex capabilities including AI-assisted noise suppression, intelligent call routing, and real-time transcription.

30 years of partnership. 300 Cisco certifications.

CBTS has maintained a Cisco partnership for nearly 30 years, holds more than 300 Cisco certifications, and has earned multiple Cisco partner awards since 2022, including U.S. Central Service Provider of the Year and Webex Managed Services Partner of the Year.

"This designation is Cisco's confirmation that when clients work with CBTS, they have a partner operating at the highest level of expertise and delivery accountability the program recognizes," said Justin Rice, U.S. President at CBTS. "Five portfolios. One partner. That's a combination very few organizations in the country can offer."
