UGI Corporation Achieves All 2025 ESG Commitments, Releases Annual Sustainability Report

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), today announced the release of its 2025 ESG Report, marking a milestone year in which the company achieved all ESG commitments originally targeted for 2025. The report, titled "Together for a Safe, Reliable, and Sustainable Future," details UGI's significant progress across environmental, safety, social, and governance dimensions. Specifically, in 2025, UGI:

  • Surpassed its targets to reduce Scope 1 emissions by 55%, Total Recordable Injuries by 35% and Accountable Vehicle Incidents by 50%.
  • Recorded zero employee and contractor fatalities for the fourth consecutive year and launched a Global Safety Management System to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contributed nearly $3 million to charitable causes and over 40,000 employee volunteer hours in the communities in which we operate, earning recognition from Civic 50 Greater Philadelphia and The Forum of Executive Women.
  • Maintained 90% board independence and MSCI AAA ESG rating while establishing a formal AI Governance Framework to responsibly guide emerging technology adoption.
