Post Oak Energy Capital Announces Sale of Switchgrass E&P Holdco, LLC

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Post Oak Energy Capital, LP (“Post Oak”) today announced the sale of Switchgrass E&P Holdco, LLC (“Switchgrass”), an oil and gas operator focused primarily on Oklahoma’s SCOOP play.

During Post Oak’s partnership with the company, Switchgrass assembled a significant producing position in the SCOOP and built a substantial inventory of future drilling opportunities, creating meaningful value through strategic acquisitions and efficient operations.
