PORT WASHINGTON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ansay & Associates continues its long-standing legacy of community involvement and giving back through volunteering, educational initiatives and community development projects.
In 2025, employees contributed more than 1,500 volunteer hours supporting community events, K–12 schools, universities and nonprofit associations.

Grounded in values such as integrity and responsibility, Ansay & Associates maintains a commitment to offering employees paid volunteer time each quarter as part of its benefits. In 2025, employees contributed more than 1,500 volunteer hours supporting community events, K–12 schools, universities and nonprofit associations. The agency also donated more than $430,000 to charitable and community-focused organizations across its 34 locations.
In addition to its volunteer and charitable initiatives, Ansay & Associates supports broader community development projects. Ansay leadership, along with the Ansay Development Corporation, is involved in the development of Mel’s Village, a multi-use project located in Saukville, Wisconsin. Once complete, Mel’s Village will provide housing, recreation, employment opportunities and community amenities, supporting individuals with disabilities and the broader community.
Mike Ansay, CEO and Chairman of Ansay & Associates, also serves on the advisory board of Marquette University’s Insurance Leadership Program. The program combines academic coursework with executive mentorship and industry exposure to prepare students for careers in insurance.
Together, these efforts reflect the long-standing philosophy of founder Adolph Ansay, who spent his life supporting community development and charitable initiatives throughout Ozaukee County. His mantra, “You have to give to get,” continues to guide Ansay & Associates’ approach to community engagement and service.
