SierraConstellation Partners Wins Multiple Awards at the 18th Annual Turnaround Awards

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SierraConstellation Partners (“SCP”), an interim management and advisory firm, has been recognized by The Global M&A Network at the 18^th Turnaround Atlas Awards for its work with Me and My Big Ideas and Ashley Stewart. SCP was awarded with the Out of Court Restructuring of the Year Award (Lower Middle Market) and the Corporate Restructuring of the Year Award (Small Market), respectively, for their work with the companies.

The recognition of Out of Court Restructuring of the Year Award honors SCP’s work on “Me and My Big Ideas” in the Lower Middle Market, which included SCP playing a key role in structuring and negotiating an ABC transaction with the company’s ownership and lenders. The award for Corporate Restructuring of the Year (Small Market) was in recognition of SCP’s work on the sale and restructuring for Ashley Stewart, a plus size fashion retailer.
