Beale Infrastructure Commits $3.5 Million to Build Data Center Workforce Pipeline with Northeast Tech

CLAREMORE, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Beale Infrastructure is committing $3.5 million to Northeast Tech's Claremore campus to fund new classrooms, industry-aligned curriculum, and a hands-on certification program - building a direct pipeline of local talent into data center operations careers.

"This partnership represents a strategic investment in our students and the future of our workforce,ˮ said Derek Beller, Northeast Tech Superintendent. “It will allow Northeast Tech to expand training opportunities at our Claremore campus and prepare students for in-demand, well-paying careers in information technology through hands-on, industry-aligned instruction. We are grateful for the shared commitment to expanding educational and career opportunities across our region."

“Beale's investment in Northeast Tech reflects how we approach every project - by building something that lasts well beyond the construction phase,ˮ said Tony Burkart, Senior Vice President, Public Policy & Public Affairs. “Claremore has the talent, the infrastructure, and the community commitment to be a long-term hub for data center operations, and this partnership ensures local residents have a direct path into those careers."

The Claremore data center will bring lasting economic impact to the region. The multi-year buildout is expected to support 400 to 800 construction jobs annually, with initial operations employing 35 full-time staff at average salaries of approximately $75,000 including benefits - a figure expected to grow with each subsequent phase.

Dozens of local businesses have already reached out about working on the project. A Tax Incentive District will deliver dedicated, long-term funding to local taxing entities including schools and municipal services.
