Seasoned insurance operations and quality leader with deep expertise in claims oversight, audit strategy, operational excellence, and process improvement

(NARS), a leading provider of claims administration and risk management solutions, today announced the appointment of Chris Jackson as Director of Quality Assurance and Development, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Robert Ruryk.

In his new role, Chris will lead the strategic direction and execution of quality assurance and development initiatives across the organization, focusing on operational consistency, audit performance, training enhancement, and continuous process improvement to further strengthen client outcomes and service delivery.

Chris joins NARS with more than two decades of experience in insurance operations, claims management, and quality assurance leadership. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations, where he oversaw quality assurance activities, audit execution, and client reporting across multi-line claims programs.
