Organizations already integrated with the PolicyNote API can now add local policy data as an incremental subscription to their existing access, with no new contractor, onboarding, or additional integration work required. The expansion extends FiscalNote’s programmatic policy intelligence to more than 12,000 US cities and counties — a layer of government activity that has traditionally been difficult to monitor at scale.

Through the PolicyNote API, enterprises and AI agents can now query this data alongside FiscalNote's existing legislative and regulatory intelligence, using the same credentials, the same credit pool, and no additional integration work.

Local policy data is available immediately through the PolicyNote API’s REST endpoints.
