Maine

Sarah Belliveau, CPA, first named to Forbes’ list of America’s Top 200 CPAs in 2025, has served as BerryDunn’s CEO since 2021. With a career spanning over 34 years, she has led the firm’s growth into specialized and emerging industries, while preserving the core values upon which BerryDunn was founded. Under Sarah’s leadership, BerryDunn has seen continuous expansion in client advisory services by investing in the people, capabilities, and industry expertise that fuel long-term success.

Mike Caouette, CPA, appears on the Forbes list for the second time. With more than 27 years of accounting experience, he specializes in tax services for the construction and professional services industries as well as high-net-worth clients. As a leader in the industry, he develops strategies to help ensure maximum tax efficiency and serves as an advisor in research and development credit studies for qualified businesses, state nexus studies, and other specialty tax areas.

Dave Erb, CPA, named to Forbes’ list of America’s Top 200 CPAs in 2024 and Forbes’ list of Best-in-State CPAs in 2025, leads the firm’s Commercial Practice Group. He specializes in tax compliance and consulting for both individuals and corporate clients. His experience includes working with clients to strategically manage their federal and multistate tax planning opportunities.

Jason Fournier, CPA, leads BerryDunn’s Technology and Manufacturing Practices and serves on both the Transaction Advisory Services and International Services Teams. On the Forbes list for the second year, he specializes in business advisory and attest services for complex upper-middle-market commercial clients, including those with private equity participation and multistate or international operations.

David Stone, CPA, appears on the Forbes list for the first time this year, earning recognition as a rising leader in the accounting profession. A Senior Manager in BerryDunn’s Financial Services Practice Group, David delivers expert accounting and audit services to community banks, broker-dealers, mutual holding companies, and other financial services providers. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, he plays a key role in the firm's forensic accounting engagements, contributing to the investigation, detection, and prevention of suspected fraudulent activity.

New Hampshire

Tammy Michaud, CPA, was named to Forbes’ list of America’s Top 200 CPAs in 2024 and Forbes’ list of Best-in-State CPAs in 2025. She leads the firm’s Not-for-Profit Practice Group and she provides audit, accounting, and general business consulting to clients in New England and beyond. Tammy has had a profound impact on the hundreds of healthcare and nonprofit organizations she has partnered with over her nearly 40-year career.

Kathy Parker, CPA, on the Forbes list for the second year, leads the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Practice Group.
