Operation HOPE and Nasdaq Foundation Launch Digital Investor Education Tool to Expand Wealth-Building Access for New Investors
New “Investor Mindset Experience” platform – available at no-cost to participants - delivers personalized financial guidance to first-time investors nationwide
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Operation HOPE, the nation’s leading nonprofit financial empowerment organization, today announced the launch of the Investor Mindset Experience in partnership with the Nasdaq Foundation — a free digital education tool designed to equip first-time investors with the knowledge and confidence to begin participating in the financial markets.
The Investor Mindset Experience meets users where they are, beginning with a personalized assessment of their financial readiness and delivering tailored guidance across core investing fundamentals, including behavioral finance, risk management, and investment vehicles. The platform is built to be intuitive, accessible, and action-oriented — translating financial education into practical first steps toward wealth building.
“Too many Americans have been told — explicitly or implicitly — that investing is not for them. The Investor Mindset Experience changes that. This isn’t just financial literacy — it’s an invitation into a system that has historically left too many people on the outside looking in,” said John Hope Bryant, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Operation HOPE.
The partnership between Operation HOPE and the Nasdaq Foundation reflects a shared commitment to democratizing access to the financial markets. The initiative targets first-time investors between the ages of 20 and 55, with a focus on working professionals and Gen Z earners — particularly those from low-to-moderate income backgrounds.
“Broadening participation in the financial markets is essential to a more resilient economy. By pairing Operation HOPE’s community reach with our focus on investor education, this initiative creates a clearer entry point for individuals to begin investing with structure and confidence,” said Jailan Griffiths, President of the Nasdaq Foundation and Global Head of Purpose.
The Investor Mindset Experience is now available through Operation HOPE’s digital platform. Over the next three years, the initiative aims to reach 65,000 participants, with at least 65 percent from low-to-moderate income households.
