LMC Landscape Partners Announces Strategic Acquisition of Prestige Landscape Services

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LMC Landscape Partners (“LMC”), a portfolio company of Trivest Partners (“Trivest”), today announced its acquisition of Prestige Landscape Services (“Prestige”), a full-service landscape maintenance company based in Dallas, Texas. This marks LMC’s seventh acquisition overall and second acquisition in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Founded and operated in North Texas, Prestige Landscape Services serves commercial properties throughout the DFW metroplex. The company provides a comprehensive range of landscape services, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and consistent service delivery.

As part of the transaction, Prestige will benefit from LMC’s broader platform and operational infrastructure, with its existing leadership team continuing to support day-to-day operations, while benefiting from LMC’s broader platform and operational infrastructure.
