The awards were presented at Concorde’s National Conference, honoring individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance across key areas of the business, including client service, training, marketing, advocacy and year-over-year growth.

The Most Responsive Award was presented to AJ Bances, chief operations officer at Fortitude Investment Group, for consistently demonstrating timely communication and unwavering support. The Talent Engine Award, recognizing the individual who has educated and trained the most representatives, was awarded to Jeff Bangerter, president of Bangerter Financial Services. Robin Edgar, chief exit officer at Wealth Progression Group, earned the Best Marketing Award for excellence in outreach and brand engagement. The Next Generation Award was presented to Samuel Scarpone in recognition of emerging leadership and future potential. Mark Kosanke, president of Concorde Financial Group, received the Biggest Advocate Award for his steadfast commitment and advocacy.

The Breakthrough Achievement Award, recognizing the representative with the most year-over-year growth, was presented to Jacob Rust. He rose from 25th in 2025 to 13th in 2026 while nearly tripling his Gross Dealer Concession (GDC), a 137% increase.

Additional awards were presented to strategic partners and collaborators, including Capital Square, Griffin Capital and ADISA, the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association.
