Empower Aesthetics Announces Planned CEO Transition: Chidinma Asonye Named Chief Executive Officer; Alyssa Rapp Continues as Executive Director, Board Member

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Empower Aesthetics (“Empower” or the “Company”), a leading and rapidly growing multi-site aesthetics platform, today announced a planned leadership transition as the Company enters its next phase of growth. Chidinma Asonye has been promoted from President to Empower’s Chief Executive Officer. Alyssa Rapp, who led Empower as CEO since 2024, will shift back to the Company’s Board of Directors and serve as Executive Director, remaining actively involved in Empower’s strategy and M&A.

Under Ms. Rapp’s leadership, Empower grew its business five-fold, expanded to twelve partner practices, delivered organic growth outpacing the broader industry, and built a strong, experienced management team. In her role as Executive Director, Ms. Rapp will remain deeply engaged in partnership development and M&A efforts.
