Possible Releases Impact Report, Highlighting $650 Million in Customer Savings and Expanded Access to Fair Credit

The Public Benefit Corporation reports a year of growth in its mission to end the debt cycle and unlock economic mobility

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Possible Financial Inc. ("Possible"), the mission-driven financial health company rebuilding the foundation for financial mobility, released its Impact Report, documenting a year of meaningful progress in the company's mission to make financial health possible for every American. Key milestones include surpassing $650 million in cumulative customer savings, expanding the Possible Loan to 19 new states, and demonstrating the real-world effectiveness of its Relief Plan benefit.

Since its founding, Possible Loan has saved customers more than $650 million in fees°. This is money that stays in customers' pockets because Possible does not charge insufficient funds fees, renewal fees, late fees, penalty fees, or failed payment fees. These are standard charges in the consumer lending industry that Possible has eliminated by design. Possible uses state regulatory data on payday loan fees to estimate how much customers saved with Possible Loan, so the savings reflect the maximum fees Possible could have charged. Individual results may vary.

In 2025 alone, customers rescheduled millions of payments˘ with no rescheduling fees, a level of flexibility that sets Possible apart from traditional payday lenders and many mainstream financial products.

Possible launched in 19 new states in 2025, bringing its fair lending alternative to communities that previously had limited access to responsible small-dollar credit. The company now counts Texas, California, Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina among its states with the highest member concentrations, with Texas alone home to over 109,000 members.

The Possible app also saw continued growth, with hundreds of thousands of installs and top ratings as of March 2026 on the App Store (4.8 stars, based on over 130,000 ratings), Google Play, TrustPilot (Excellent), and the Better Business Bureau (A+).

Possible's Relief Plan — available to all Possible Loan members at no cost — provides extended repayment flexibility to eligible customers experiencing financial hardship, without impacting their credit. In 2025, the leading reason members enrolled was medical care, accounting for 63.9% of all Relief Plan activations, reflecting the outsized role health-related expenses play in household financial instability.

The data also shows the Relief Plan is effective at financial rehabilitation: a November 2025 analysis found that 97% of subsequent loans taken out by Relief Plan users did not charge off, evidence that when customers are given the right tools and time, getting back on their feet is possible.

“The traditional financial industry built a business model that profits when people struggle,” said Tony Huang, Co-Founder & CEO, Possible. “We built Possible on the opposite idea: we only succeed when you do. I’m proud to say that $650 million in savings is proof that model works.”

The 2025 Impact Report also highlights Possible's partnership with the Orlando Magic, its award-winning financial literacy series "Extra Credit" (an Anthem Award recipient), and the stories of real customers — including Kiasha, a medical triage professional and Possible member since 2022, whose story about overcoming homelessness as a single mom reflects the impact of flexible, fee-free financial tools on long-term stability.
