DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Enviracore Services (“Enviracore”), a Dallas-based provider of environmental services, is proud to announce the acquisition of Environmental Management, LLC (“EMI”), a turnkey environmental services and hazardous waste management company founded in 1983 in Guthrie, Oklahoma.

The addition of EMI strengthens Enviracore’s national footprint and deepens its Oklahoma presence while broadening its service offerings to include safety consulting, enhanced regulated waste services, and nationwide emergency response.
