AGI Announces CEO Appointment

WINNIPEG, Manitoba--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ag Growth International Inc. (TSX: AFN) (“AGI” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Paul Brisebois, who was appointed interim President & Chief Executive Officer of AGI in January 2026, has assumed that role on a permanent basis. It is also the intention of the current Board of Directors (the "Board") that Mr. Brisebois would be appointed to the Board immediately following the Company’s upcoming shareholder meeting to be held on June 4, 2026.

Paul Brisebois has served as AGI's Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2026, prior to which he served as AGI's Senior Vice President of North America Farm and Global Portables. Mr. Brisebois joined AGI in 2012 and has over 25 years of agriculture experience in sales, marketing, business development and operations. Mr. Brisebois holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
