Allient Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 33% to 0.04 per Share

BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allient Inc. (Nasdaq: ALNT) (“Allient” or the “Company”), a global designer and manufacturer of precision and specialty Motion, Controls and Power products and solutions for targeted industries and applications, announced that its Board of Directors approved a 33% increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend to 0.04 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 4, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 21, 2026. Allient has approximately 17.0 million shares outstanding.
