This annual CRN list celebrates women from vendors, distributors, solution providers, and other channel-focused organizations who make a positive difference in the IT ecosystem. The CRN 2026 Women of the Channel honorees are innovative and strategic leaders committed to advancing channel excellence and supporting the success of their partners and customers.

Nicole Stavroff serves as VP of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at FireMon, where she leads global channel strategy, partner ecosystem development, and alliance-driven growth. With nearly three decades of channel experience, she has built and scaled high-impact partner programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Over the past year, Stavroff has played a key role in accelerating FireMon’s channel performance, contributing to more than 180% growth in new ARR. She has focused on deepening relationships with top global partners and aligning joint go-to-market execution to drive results. This includes expanding strategic partnerships with key distributors and technology partners, including global growth with Exclusive Networks, and advancing FireMon’s integration ecosystem to deliver stronger joint customer value.

Stavroff has also helped shape how FireMon partners bring its core value to market. She has led the development of partner-aligned messaging that positions FireMon as the control plane for security policy, enabling partners to help customers manage and validate policy across firewalls, cloud, and microsegmentation environments. Her work ensures partners can turn complex Zero Trust and policy governance challenges into clear, actionable outcomes for customers.

“It’s a privilege to celebrate the remarkable achievements of these women who are driving meaningful change across the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company. “Each honoree has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to bold, innovative strategies that fuel transformation, growth, and success for their organizations and the broader channel. We’re proud to recognize their impact and look forward to seeing how they continue to shape the future of our industry.”

“I’m very honored to be included in this group,” said Nicole Stavroff, VP of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at FireMon. “The channel is who customers trust to help them with their transformational initiatives as their hybrid environments get more complex. They have firewalls, cloud, and microsegmentation, all with different policies, and that’s where things start to break. Our job is to make it easier for partners to help customers stay in control of all their policies from ground to cloud, not just deploy point solutions. They need to understand where they have vulnerabilities and compliance violations, and have granular security policy visibility and management to validate and remediate their critical issues quickly so they can keep their enterprise environment secure and in pace with the speed of the business.”

The 2026 Women of the Channel will be featured online beginning May 4 at crn.com/wotc.
