Hamilton ETFs Announces Name Changes for HEB and MIX

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. (“Hamilton ETFs”) announces that effective April 30, 2026, the legal names of the ETFs listed in the following table (the “Name Changes”) were changed. There were no changes to the investment objectives, investment strategies or management of the ETFs associated with these name changes.

It is anticipated that the Name Changes will be reflected on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) at the open of the market on May 11, 2026.

There will be no change to the ticker symbols (TSX: HEB and TSX: MIX) or CUSIP numbers for the ETFs associated with the Name Changes.

The investment objectives and strategies of the ETFs, as outlined in their prospectus, are available on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca) or the company’s website (www.hamiltonetfs.com) and remain unchanged.
