Pomeroy and Soroc Appoint Mike Provenzano as Chief Financial Officer

Technology industry veteran brings 25+ years of financial and operational leadership to support the company’s next stage of growth

Provenzano brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership across high-growth technology companies, with a track record of building enterprise value in both private and public environments.

Most recently, Provenzano served as CFO at Lemongrass, a software-enabled services provider and global leader in SAP consulting. Prior to that, he was COO of Blue Lagoon Capital, a venture capital firm focused on disruptive technology startups and next-generation technology companies. Earlier in his career, he held CFO positions at Virtustream, a leading enterprise-class cloud company, and at Aspect Software, a unified communications provider where he oversaw finance, operations, and an M&A program that included more than seven successful transactions.
