Cloyes CEO John Hanighen Appointed Chairman of the Board for Cloyes by MidOcean Partners

FORT SMITH, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cloyes Gear & Products, Inc. (“Cloyes”), the North American leader and global designer, developer, manufacturer, and distributor of mission-critical timing drive systems and components for the automotive aftermarket, today announced that CEO John Hanighen has also been appointed Chairman of the Board for Cloyes by MidOcean Partners.
