Western Asset Intermediate Muni Fund Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Western Asset Intermediate Muni Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: SBI) announced today the results of the votes cast at the Fund’s annual meeting of stockholders held April 17, 2026.

Nisha Kumar and Peter Mason were elected as Class III Directors of the Fund by holders of record of the Fund’s outstanding shares of common stock and preferred stock, voting together as a single class, to hold office until the annual meeting of stockholders in the year 2029, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until they resign or are otherwise removed.

In addition, the stockholders voted to ratify the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent registered public accountants of the Fund for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2026.
