This annual update outlines sustainability progress made in the 2025 fiscal year across four key areas: planet, product, people and governance.

Planet

  • Consistent focus on load mode optimization resulting in 733 metric tons of carbon emissions savings, a 49% increase in savings year over year
  • Saved 48.4 billion gallons of water by producing plant-based milk compared to dairy milk
  • Sourced 99% recyclable packaging (by weight)
  • Maintained zero‑waste‑to‑landfill* status at five manufacturing plants and achieved zero waste at our headquarters, for a total of six zero‑waste sites
  • Donated more than 375,000 pounds of food (equivalent to nearly 314,000 meals)
  • Produced 275,503 kilowatt hours (kWh) of renewable energy through solar panels at its headquarters location, reducing 115.77 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e) emissions and generate over 25% of the facility’s annual energy needs

  • Advanced work on food loss and food waste reduction by updating policy and finalizing Standard Operating Procedures with training in plants planned for 2026
  • Recognized with a 2025 Progressive Grocer Impact Award in Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain Transparency

  • Earned $30.8 million in revenue from non-GMO-labeled products
