Bespoke Partners and Industra Welcome Dani Pfeiffer as Head of People, HR and Talent Executive Recruiting Practice

Dani brings a unique blend of human capital advisory experience with a highly successful track record in recruiting high-impact HR leaders for a wide range of technology and industrial companies.

Dani’s leadership will build on Bespoke’s track record of 61 successful HR and People executive placements, including CHROs, Chief People Officers, and Vice Presidents of Human Resources.

She will lead dedicated recruiting teams on searches for talent executives for private equity portfolio companies for the software and SaaS clients served by Bespoke Partners and industrial clients served by Industra Talent Partners, Bespoke’s affiliate.

She also held roles at Advent International and Fidelity Investments, and built and led the finance executive search practice at Epitome, partnering with companies on critical CFO and broader executive hires.
