Neurable Open for Business: Scaling Neurotechnology Adoption Through Global OEM Integration

New leadership and OEM momentum position the company for its next phase of commercialization at scale

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neurable, the leader in AI for noninvasive brain-computer interface (BCI) technology, today announced its official transition to a licensing platform model, allowing global OEM partners to integrate its production-ready BCI technology directly into consumer wearables. This marks a major milestone for both Neurable and the BCI industry, as the company continues to spearhead necessary steps in bringing cognitive-enabled products for everyday use to consumers at scale.

With this next phase of its business, Neurable is closing critical gaps in the BCI market, which is projected to grow from $2.87 billion in 2024 to $15.14 billion by 2035. As a pioneer in the space, Neurable has advanced its technology from concept to pilot to full commercialization, and is now ready to deploy it at scale across consumer technology, gaming, health, defense, and clinical applications, where BCI is quickly becoming an expected standard in next-generation devices.

Neurable’s non-invasive BCI technology uses advanced EEG sensors, signal processing, and AI to decode brain activity. Through Neurable’s licensing platform, OEMs can directly integrate its AI-powered brain-sensing technology into existing hardware, such as headphones, hats, glasses, and headbands, while maintaining full control over product design, user experience, and distribution. Products built on this platform carry the “Powered by Neurable AI” badge, a mark that signifies Neurable’s decade of expertise in AI and brain-signal processing, applied to deliver best-in-class performance, usability, and reliability. Neurable has already successfully integrated its technology and is working with companies across multiple sectors, including HP Inc.’s HyperX, MeSpace, and iMotions, as well as the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).

“Cognitive technology is becoming the foundational layer in consumer wearables,” said Dr. Ramses Alcaide, CEO of Neurable. “As this shift takes hold, our platform allows partners to move from concept to full-scale integration and deliver products that can understand and adapt to users in real-time across industries.”

To support increasing demand, Neurable has expanded its leadership team across operations, product, business development, and finance.

  • Co-founder Adam Molnar has been promoted to chief operating officer, reflecting his central role in scaling Neurable’s operations and external partnerships. He has led the development of key relationships across defense and enterprise sectors, helping bring the company’s technology into real-world applications. His work spans deep tech commercialization, policy, and bioethics, and he has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for Consumer Technology. Molnar has contributed to Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports on brain-computer interfaces and is a participant in Harvard Medical School’s Disruptive Clinical Innovation (DCI) Network. He is also an active leader of NeurotechX, the world’s largest neurotechnology community, and an advisor to the Institute of Neuroethics (IoNx).
  • Reid Van Gorder joins as chief financial officer, leading Neurable’s financial strategy, operations, and growth. A CFA charterholder with over two decades of experience across venture capital, finance, and operations, he specializes in building scalable financial models for high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as director of finance at Cogo Labs and Datalign Advisory, where he led key capital and operational initiatives. His background includes senior roles across tech and healthcare companies such as NextDroid, Archway Health, and ASCOA.
  • James Flynn joins as vice president of product, architecting the roadmap that bridges complex, deep-tech AI with large-scale consumer experiences. Flynn brings unparalleled expertise from his high-impact tenure as a senior product manager at Google, where he led consent and transparency initiatives for billions of users and developed biometric voice identification for “Hey Google,” scaling Voice ID to over 100 million users and expanding it into Google Gemini. Previously, Flynn served as a founder and director of technology and product at Samsung NEXT, where he built an award-winning application for Samsung’s Family Hub. He also founded and sold AI startup, Extrasensory Devices.
  • Eugene Goldberg joins as vice president of business development, leading the company’s commercial strategy and OEM partnerships. A rare blend of investor and operator, he specializes in translating deep-tech innovation into global consumer products. He served as president of Masimo’s Consumer Health division, where he owned full P&L and brought medical-grade sensing technologies into widely adopted wearable devices. Prior to that, he led strategy and corporate development at Sound United, driving M&A and growth initiatives. Goldberg began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Perella Weinberg Partners, and in private equity at New Mountain Capital.
  • Paul Leggett joins the board from Mithril Capital, one of investor Peter Thiel's funds, which includes companies such as Palantir, Anduril, and Lyft. Leggett brings over 20 years of venture capital experience across leading institutions, including Morgan Stanley, where he worked in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions group and helped grow the firm’s sustainable technologies and clean energy investment banking team. He has invested in and supported startups across artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology, energy transition, aerospace and defense, and vertical SaaS, and has held roles and affiliations with organizations including the Partnership for Renewable Energy Finance, the American Council on Renewable Energy, the Council on Foreign Relations, the United States Department of Energy Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Innovation Crossroads program.
  • Dr. Luis Sentis joins the board and serves as co-founder and scientific advisor at Apptronik. Under his technical leadership, Apptronik has reached an estimated valuation of $5 billion, securing nearly $1 billion in venture funding from Google DeepMind, Mercedes-Benz, John Deere, and AT&T Ventures. He brings unparalleled expertise in complex hardware architecture, having previously served as the UT Austin lead for DARPA's Robotics Challenge, where he partnered with NASA's Johnson Space Center to develop the compliant control systems for the Valkyrie (R5) humanoid, earning the NASA Elite Team Award. Beyond his commercial ventures, Sentis is a tenured associate professor at UT Austin and director of the Human Centered Robotics Laboratory, where his research spans AI-driven world models, autonomous systems, human-robot interaction, and novel wearable technologies.
