HireRight Appoints Ryan Lowe as Chief Financial Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HireRight, a leading provider of global background screening services and workforce solutions, announced the promotion of Ryan Lowe to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

In this role, Lowe will lead HireRight’s global finance organization, overseeing financial strategy, planning, and operations to support the company’s next phase of growth and long-term value creation.

Lowe previously served as HireRight’s Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities, including leading the acquisitions and integrations of ClearChecks and BGC Brasil.

Prior to joining HireRight, Lowe spent more than seven years at Stone Point Capital, most recently serving as Vice President, and previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities.
