TriMas Declares Quarterly Dividend

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of TriMas Corporation stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on May 14, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 7, 2026.
