IvySys Awarded DARPA Embedded Entrepreneur Funding to Accelerate Synthetic Data Commercialization

SILVER SPRING, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IvySys Technologies, LLC has been awarded funding under the Embedded Entrepreneur Initiative (EEI), sponsored by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The award will accelerate commercialization of the IvySys DataFaucet™ synthetic data platform and expand its transition into defense and dual-use markets.

The DARPA Embedded Entrepreneur program supports high-potential organizations that’ve participated in DARPA programs by embedding commercialization leadership to drive product-market alignment and accelerate transition. Through this award, IvySys will sharpen its go-to-market execution across Department of Defense and regulated commercial sectors.

As part of the program, IvySys will receive dedicated commercialization support, including a senior commercialization advisor. This guidance will strengthen market strategy, customer engagement, and transition planning, which will help move the technology from advanced R&D into scalable, operational deployment.

DataFaucet™ generates high-fidelity synthetic data to train, test, and validate AI systems in environments where real data is limited, sensitive, or classified, reducing risk while improving model robustness and deployment speed.
