Courtney joins DSG Global following a career spanning senior leadership roles across highly selective colleges and universities, including Tufts University, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Babson College, where she served as Vice President for Enrollment Management and led a comprehensive enrollment strategy that drove significant growth in applications. Courtney has also partnered with Regis College, Dartmouth College, New England Conservatory, and Mount Holyoke College, advising on enrollment strategy, organizational leadership, and data-informed decision-making through her own advisory firm, Minden Advisory Group.

“Courtney brings a deeply integrated understanding of how institutions operate, from enrollment and revenue to brand management, student experience, and long-term sustainability,” said Aileen K. Alexander, Chief Executive Officer of DSG Global. “She seamlessly connects the dots across constituencies and functions, with a remarkable ability to build leadership teams aligned around a shared vision—something our higher education clients will greatly benefit from.”

At DSG Global, Courtney will partner with colleges and universities to recruit and develop their leadership teams and advise on organizational strategy. Courtney, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, will work closely with institutions to help them build strong, collaborative teams who can navigate the growing complexity of higher education.

“At a time when students and families are asking harder questions about the value of higher education, Courtney brings a deep understanding of the perspectives shaping those decisions, making her an invaluable partner to our clients,” said Jim Sirianni, Practice Leader and Global Managing Partner of DSG Global’s Education Practice. “Courtney is able to translate that insight into meaningful action, helping institutions recruit the leaders needed to meet this moment.”

“Enrollment roles used to be viewed in a silo,” said Courtney. “Today, it’s an ecosystem that touches nearly every part of an institution, from revenue and financial aid to alumni engagement and long-term strategy. What energizes me, and the team at DSG Global, is helping our higher education clients build dynamic leadership teams that understand these interconnected systems and can harness them in order to move an institution forward.”
