Thermal Concepts Announces the Acquisition of Hunter Mechanical LLC, Expanding into the Mid-Atlantic Market

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thermal Concepts, a portfolio company of Trivest Partners VI, LP (“Trivest”) and Halmos Capital Partners (“Halmos Capital”), today announced it has acquired Hunter Mechanical, LLC (“Hunter Mechanical” or the “Company”).

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Newport News, VA, Hunter Mechanical is a leading provider of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment replacement, repair and maintenance services to commercial customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Over the Company’s 17-year history, it has developed a reputation for consistent quality, responsiveness, and reliability, resulting in long-standing customer relationships and repeat service work. Hunter Mechanical primarily focuses on replacement and repeat maintenance work with its customers which include chain restaurants, retail stores, large healthcare facilities, industrial facilities, education institutions, among others.
