Today, LINQ formally introduces Sharon Love as Chief Executive Officer and Eric Wood as Chief Technology Officer, both of whom joined the company at the end of 2025. "Before we said anything publicly, we wanted to earn the right to speak," said Love. "That meant sitting down with our districts and states to understand what it actually takes to feed kids, manage budgets, and keep programs running. What we heard is driving everything we're doing now."
What they heard: the work never stops. The regulatory environment is rapidly changing. Budgets shrink while expectations grow. And the technology these professionals rely on needs to keep pace.
Love came in with that same urgency and a clear sense of mission. "LINQ helps feed kids and pay teachers — it doesn't get more essential than that," she said. That clarity is shaping how she thinks about the company's next chapter — a deepening of customer focus. “Our customers are doing some of the most critical work in education, and I'm here to make sure we hold up our end."
Wood shares that conviction and brings a clear product philosophy to go with it. "The best technology disappears into the background and just works — especially when a cafeteria line is moving and a kid is waiting," he said. “K-12 districts and state programs are managing increasingly complex operations with shrinking resources, and the software they rely on has to be reliable, modern, and built for how they actually work. That's the standard we're building to."
Together, Love and Wood bring deep SaaS operating experience to LINQ. Love most recently served as CEO of Cordance, as well as Community Brands, where she built high-performing, high-growth operations centered on customers. Wood joins from CTO roles at Cordance and Aceable, with additional platform and transformation leadership at MyFitnessPal and Under Armour. They represent a leadership team built for what K-12 districts need most right now: a technology partner that understands the work and is committed to making it easier.
