Accuris Appoints Tom Genova as Head of Sales, Americas to Accelerate Growth and Expand Market Leadership

Veteran enterprise sales leader joins as company scales Engineering Intelligence platform and accelerates go-to-market momentum across the Americas

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Accuris, the leader in Engineering Intelligence, today announced the appointment of Tom Genova as Head of Sales, Americas. Genova brings more than two decades of enterprise sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling high-performance teams and driving growth across industrial, engineering, and enterprise software markets.

His appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Accuris as the company continues to expand beyond standards access into a fully integrated Engineering Intelligence platform—embedding AI, workflow, and traceability directly into the engineering lifecycle.

Genova will lead sales strategy and execution across the Americas, focusing on accelerating new logo acquisition, expanding enterprise relationships, and driving adoption of Accuris’ next-generation platform offerings, including Engineering Workbench (EWB), Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI), and AI-powered capabilities.

“Tom is exactly the kind of leader we need at this stage of our growth,” said Kevin Williams, Chief Revenue Officer at Accuris. “He brings a proven ability to scale high-performing teams, navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and translate product innovation into real customer impact. As we continue to accelerate in the market, Tom will play a critical role in helping us convert momentum into sustained revenue growth.”

Genova most recently served as SVP of Sales, Americas at Jaggaer, where he led regional sales strategy and execution. Prior to that, he spent over seven years at PTC, including serving as Vice President of Global Sales, where he helped drive growth across complex engineering and CAD solutions. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales leadership roles at Ipswitch, where he built and led North American sales and channel organizations, as well as positions at WebLayers and Tally Systems.

This depth of experience across engineering software, enterprise platforms, and global sales leadership positions Genova to help Accuris capitalize on accelerating demand for solutions that enable faster, more defensible engineering decisions.

“Accuris is uniquely positioned at the intersection of engineering complexity, regulatory pressure, and AI-driven transformation,” said Genova. “What stood out immediately is the shift from content access to true intelligence embedded in workflows. That’s where the market is going - and Accuris is ahead of it. I’m excited to help scale the Americas business and bring this value to more customers.”

Accuris continues to see strong momentum across key industries, including energy, aerospace, and manufacturing, as organizations increasingly prioritize speed, compliance, and supply chain resilience. The company’s recent innovations - particularly its AI Assistant delivering citation-backed, clause-level insights - have further strengthened its position as a trusted partner in mission-critical environments.

Genova’s appointment reflects Accuris’ continued investment in go-to-market leadership as it scales globally and deepens its position as the neutral intelligence backbone for engineering and supply chain ecosystems.
