Hyatt Studios Jacksonville / St. Johns Town Center Now Open

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hyatt Studios Jacksonville / St. Johns Town Center is now open, introducing a new and innovated extended-stay experience in one of Jacksonville’s most dynamic and accessible areas. As part of Hyatt’s recently introduced Hyatt Studios brand, the hotel reflects a modern approach to extended stay, designed for today’s travelers seeking comfort, flexibility, and convenience.

Owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, the property represents the third Hyatt Studios location developed by 3H Group and operated by LBA, further expanding their collaboration with Hyatt in the extended-stay segment. Together, LBA Hospitality and 3H Group have been closely involved in the rollout of the Hyatt Studios brand’s first two locations, Hyatt Studios Huntsville and Hyatt Studios Mobile / Tillmans Corner, and continue to support its growth through their ongoing collaboration.

Located near St. Johns Town Center, the hotel sits at the intersection of business and lifestyle, offering easy access to major corporate offices and headquarters, medical facilities, and some of the city’s best shopping and dining. With convenient access to I-295 and SR-202 (J. Turner Butler Boulevard), guests are also just a short drive from Jacksonville’s beaches and the University of North Florida.

An extended-stay experience is at the core of the hotel’s design, with all accommodations offering studio apartment-style suites and well-equipped kitchens. Guests can settle in comfortably whether visiting for a few nights or for a longer stay.

Guests will enjoy a range of amenities, including:

  • Complimentary Grab ‘n’ Go Breakfast (with their stay)
  • 24/7 Market
  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
  • Approximately 600 square feet of flexible meeting space
  • Studio suites with well-equipped kitchens
  • Outdoor patio with firepit and grill
