HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evers & Sons Inc. has made a significant investment in its Fabrication division with the addition of a PythonX® robotic plasma cutting system at its 18-acre fabrication facility in Caldwell, Texas. This advancement reinforces the company’s continued focus on innovation & efficiency to deliver high-quality projects nationwide.

The PythonX® system introduces advanced automation into Evers & Sons’ structural steel fabrication processes, enabling fully processed structural components to be completed with greater speed and precision. By consolidating multiple fabrication steps into a single automated workflow, the system reduces material handling, improves consistency, and accelerates production timelines.

The PythonX® system enhances production capacity while maintaining quality and accountability. All fabricated components continue to follow Evers & Sons’ standards and code requirements. This ensures full visibility from raw material through fabrication.

Utilizing multi-axis robotic plasma cutting technology, the system can perform complex cuts, copes, bevels, slots, and layout marking in a single setup, thus eliminating the need for multiple machines and significantly reduces fabrication time. This allows for improved throughput, expedited scheduling, and increased flexibility in supporting complex project scopes.
