Firm Ranks 3rd in Advised Segment, Outperforming Industry Average

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) earned one of the industry’s highest overall investor satisfaction scores in the JD Power 2026 U.S. Investor Satisfaction Study. Ameriprise was ranked third in the advised investors segment, reflecting the firm’s 132-year history of helping millions of clients achieve their most important financial goals.

JD Power surveyed 7,982 advised investors, who rated their satisfaction with leading financial firms based on their investment or wealth management experience with their primary brand. Twenty-three firms were evaluated by advised investors across several dimensions: digital channels; ease of doing business; people; product and service offerings; resolving problems or complaints; trust; and value for fees paid.
