LAUNCH AND PRICING OF 4 7/8% TREASURY GILT 2036 BY SYNDICATION
The UK Debt Management Office, jointly with the six lead managers, announces that the fixed re-offer price for the syndicated issue of GBP 15 billion (nominal) of 4 7/8% Treasury Gilt 2036 (ISIN code GB00BWBR1N39) conducted today has now been set at 99.680, equivalent to a yield of 4.9158% and a spread of 8.5 bps above that of the 4 3/4% Treasury Gilt 2035 reference bond.
Settlement of all allocations will be tomorrow, 15 April 2026, from which time the nominal amount of this gilt in issue will be GBP 15 billion.
