Denice Biocca Joins Vontier as Chief People Officer

Biocca will lead Vontier’s global HR operations, overseeing talent development, employee engagement and professional development across the company’s 8,000+ employees.

RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT), a leading global provider of critical technologies and solutions to connect, manage and scale the mobility ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Denice Biocca as Chief People Officer to lead the company’s global human resources operations.

Biocca joins Vontier with over three decades at GE and its spin off GE Vernova where she collaborated with a team of peers to develop the HR operating model required to transition GE Vernova to a standalone, public company. There she served as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer for its power segment leading over 300 HR professionals and supporting approximately 40,000 employees worldwide.

She holds a B.S. from Iowa State University and a M.A. from Iowa University in Human Resources Management and is passionate about providing mentorship and advancement opportunities for all in the industry.
